How can I obtain the tracking number for my shipments?

After each order is packaged, our support team will provide you with the latest tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment on our website. Additionally, you can also find your tracking number in the “All Shipments” section of your member dashboard.

Why is the status of my shipment not updating?

There could be a couple of reasons for this:

  • Situation 1: Your goods are currently undergoing customs clearance.
  • Situation 2: Your order has not been packaged or payment has not been made yet.

If you encounter any more issues with your shipment status, feel free to contact our support team.

Tracking number is invalid.

Please contact our support team to resolve any issues with the tracking number.

Packaging timeframe for goods.

We aim to package your goods within 15 hours.

Payment made but status not updated.

Our daily cutoff time for updates is 6 PM. Once the accounts are reconciled, the system will be updated accordingly.
