Beginner Guide

Sea Freight / Air Freight - LCL Shipment

Step 1. Contact our customer support

Note:  If you don’t have a WeChat account, please proceed to WhatsApp.
Step 2. Register an account
Step 3. Obtain your own member ID and forwarding address

Note:

We will generate your member ID and address within 12 hours of your request.

Step 4. Ship your cargo to Easygo warehouse

Note:

Our automated warehousing system will assign your shipments to your member ID.
** Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information when making purchases.

Step 5. Notify us to pack and ship while all of your cargo received at our warehouse

Note:

We will pack your items and send the invoice within 12 hours.

Step 6. Send us the packing list (cargo details)
Step 7. Making Payment

Note:

  1. Payment must be made within 5 days after packing. Failure to do so will result in an RM 150.00 handling fee.
  2. Once payment is received, we will proceed with the shipment.
  3. The payment is calculated based on the total volume and weight of the packed items. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
Step 7. All Done!! Sit back and wait for your shipment to arrive.

RM 20 New Member Promotion - T&C
  1. Each account is entitled to the promotion only once.
  2. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions. Each shipping order can only use one promotion, and once the promotion is applied, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  3. This promotion is only valid for sea freight to West Malaysia.
  4. This promotion is applicable only for sea freight orders to West Malaysia with a volume of more than 1 cubic meter. Orders with a volume equal to or less than 1 cubic meter  will be charged at the regular price.
  5. The cost and volume of each order cannot be accumulated.
  6. Payment must be made during the promotional period to enjoy the discounted shipping fee. The payment status of the order will be considered.
  7. Warehouse requires at least 12 hours to complete packaging and process the shipping fee.
  8. The sea freight discount is applied to the total shipping fee of each order (*excluding pallet fees and picking fees).

Sea Freight - LCL

Shipping Terms:

  1. The minimum chargeable volume for freight is 0.3m³. According to the bulk sea freight calculation, the actual charged weight is determined by the higher value between the “actual weight” and the “volumetric weight.”
  2. Based on the “cubic meter” standard algorithm for sea freight, the actual charged weight is determined by the higher value between the “actual cubic meter” and the “actual weight cubic meter.” The cubic meter is calculated as length * width * height in cm / 1000000 = m³ (CBM). When the actual weight exceeds the cubic meter, our company will use weight / 500 as the calculation unit for 1 cubic meter, i.e., 1m³ = 500kg.
  3. Special requirements and different pricing apply to wooden box pallet shipments with dimensions exceeding 120cm or individual weights exceeding 68kg. Please consult customer service for a quotation before shipping.
  4. Taxes and fees are included; no tax invoices will be provided.
  5. Containers are loaded daily, and the transportation time is 20-25 working days.
  6. Delivery is only provided to the ground floor and does not include upstairs delivery. If the recipient requires the driver to deliver upstairs or move the goods into a warehouse, the recipient should negotiate directly with the driver.
  7. The volume of all packages is based on the measurements conducted by our company. If the dimensions of the goods exceed 0.1cm or 0.2cm, they will be rounded up to the nearest centimeter.
  8. If there is a difference of 1-3cm between the measured volume upon receipt of the goods and the billed volume, it is considered a normal difference. During transportation, the shape of the package may change due to compression and collision, resulting in a difference in volume.

Special Disclaimer:

  1. The sender should accurately declare the goods. Any consequences resulting from false, fake, or improper declarations leading to customs seizure, return, or fines will be borne by the sender.
  2. Based on the restrictions imposed by the International Air Transport Association, the following items cannot be shipped: liquids, powders, live animals, livestock, plants, drugs or chemicals, flammable or explosive materials, perishable or corrosive goods, optical discs, firearms and weapons, tobacco, rice, alcohol, adult products, high-value items (gold and silver bars, coins, mobile phones, tablets, desktop computers, gemstones, jewelry, any nationality’s currency (notes and coins), negotiable securities, any type of checks, stocks, bonds, certificates, antiques and artifacts, artworks, electric bicycles or motorcycles, electronic cigarettes, etc. If such items are discovered, a minimum fine of RM10,000 will be imposed, and the person responsible for the shipment will bear all losses incurred by our company and may face legal actions and police involvement.
  3. Purchase of insurance: If goods are not insured, the maximum compensation for lost goods is three times the shipping fee for the lost order, capped at RM 1000. After purchasing insurance (cost is 10% of the cargo value, contact customer service to purchase), compensation will be based on the insured amount. Please note that whether goods are insured or not, insurance only covers loss and not damage. Before shipping, please contact customer service for inspection and reinforcement (additional charges apply) to reduce damage.
Sea Freight - FCL

For full container shipping, please consult our customer service to obtain a quotation and sign the “International Freight Forwarding Agency Contract” for the transportation of goods.

Air Freight

Shipping Terms:

  1. Calculation Method: For the weight calculation, the chargeable weight is based on the greater value between the actual weight and the volumetric weight, calculated as length * width * height in cm / 6000.
  2. An additional fee will be charged for individual items with a length exceeding 120cm or a weight exceeding 68kg. Please inquire with customer service for details.
  3. The estimated delivery time for air freight is generally 7-9 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
  4. Delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors such as weather conditions, port congestion, customs inspections, and others during the transportation process.
  5. Free warehousing for air freight is provided for up to 40 days.
  6. Separate billing is required for air freight of general goods and sensitive items. Please consult with customer service in advance.
  7. Prohibited items will be rejected. Please refer to the lists of general goods, sensitive items, and prohibited items.
  8. The responsibility for packaging lies with the manufacturer. Our company will take utmost care to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. However, we do not accept any liability for any damages that may occur during the transportation process, including damages caused by compression or other factors. Please note that there may be other influencing factors or uncontrollable circumstances that can lead to damages before our company handles the goods, and the customer assumes the risk.
  9. If the customer is unsure whether a product falls within our shipping scope, please contact our customer service personnel for clarification before placing an order.

Genaral, Sensitive and Prohibited Cargo

Goods are divided into three categories: general cargo, sensitive cargo, and prohibited cargo.

General CargoShoes and bags (non-branded), clothing (non-branded), decorative items, baby and maternity products, books (excluding pornography, religious, and political content), sports equipment (non-branded). Generally, non-battery, non-liquid, non-powder, non-branded, non-magnetic, non-motorized, non-spray, and non-granular items can be classified as general cargo.
Sensitive CargoSensitive cargo are restricted import and export cargo that can be shipped but require special procedures. Liquid, powder, paste, cosmetics, wax, clay, ceramics, electronics, sharp objects, items with batteries or motors, imitation/branded goods, food.

**Some items are classified as unstable sensitive goods. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
Prohibited Cargo Real/fake currency, CDs/DVDs, dangerous goods (weapons, weapon models), firearms (including toy guns, firearm models), pressurized balls (basketballs, table tennis balls, etc.), high-pressure items, adult products, drugs, white powder, tobacco and alcohol, plants, gambling-related items, live animals, fresh or pork-based food products.
  • We strictly comply with the above regulations on outbound items.
  • We only act as a transportation agent. If customers misreport/falsely report the type of items, we will not assume any legal responsibility or costs, and customers will be responsible for them.
  • If sensitive items are sent out as general goods, they will be rejected during airline security checks and additional fees will be required for resending as sensitive items.
  • Please carefully confirm the correct channel when placing orders. If customers choose the wrong shipping method, we will not bear any loss costs.
  • If you are unsure whether your items are sensitive or prohibited, you can contact customer service for inquiries.
  • If you need to airship counterfeit/imitation goods, please contact customer service in advance.
